Sleeping with either Sakura or Ino was never a problem for him, thanks to his perfected Shadow Clone Jutsu. It also worked to his favor that Sasuke was always out of town and Sai's obsession with art keeps him busy most of the time. Naruto would even do this while sleeping with his own faithful wife.
Now whether it was a stroke of bad luck or just Naruto letting his guard down too soon, his days of affairs finally caught up to him when Hinata decides to drop by Sakura's place to surprise her during one cold winter afternoon!
