HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON - Full Length Reaction!

Comments

So a bit late to this one. But glad you enjoyed it. I was sure you would. It's a great film. I recently learned that plans are underway for a live action remake. While most live action remakes of animated films have not been good, this one is being helmed by the director of the animated films. So there's a bit of hope there. However only Gerard Butler is returning from the orignal cast from what I've heard. We are also getting Nick Frost as Gobber (the one with the interchangable hands). So that's cool. While I am a little sceptical, with the original director, directing this one and writing the screenplay I have a bit of hope too.

Happiness is a heart-warmed Addie. Listening to your comments gives me a contact high (in the heart). As others have said, it only gets better.

Ok I'm a bet confused, I'm new, just signed up today, why isn't there any sound or picture. I was under the impression that was the reason to sign up, to see a full length reaction while watching the movie, or did I misinterpret what actually goes on??

Toothless is right up there with Baby Dumbo in terms of the cutest animated animal or creature!!! I love this trilogy. The only one I saw in theaters was the 3rd one and it was so amazing on the big screen. All 3 of these movies make me cry, sometimes happy tears, sometimes sad, and sometimes a mix of both. Loved your reaction Addie, so happy this movie warmed your heart, it is absolutely a go to watch if you need a pick me up!

I love this movie so much. I was hoping you would mention the music because I saw you swaying at all the best parts. This soundtrack is what I listen to when I need a pick me up, because it always brings me back to this movie, and this movie is just so feel good.

I think this just might be my favorite animated trilogy...and each one is actually better than the one that preceded it. Hope you watch the rest!

As I’m rewatching again, during the Dreamworks intro you catch something flying through the night sky.

This rocked! I wish I had seen it in the theater, but, I did eventually watch and I loved it! John Powell composed the music for this AND Kung Fu Panda. I hope you consider that movie series too. Even though Hiccup and Toothless both have matching injuries, they are made for each other before that. The fight in the clouds is my favorite scene. Toothless is so fast it makes it look like others are attacking but it’s just him. Then when the clouds light up, too cool!! Very happy you enjoyed this! Take care of yourself, Addie!! I hope Ollie is doing well!!

...and when is your next Q&A?

The movies get even BETTER?! Yes, I'm planning on watching the next 2, but it'll be a few weeks before I check out the next one :)

Do you plan on watching all 3 movies? Each movie is better than the last, the 2nd being a lot of peoples favorite one. 🤗

Happy Wednesday, Addie! 😊 I love this trilogy. This one, along with the "Kung Fu Panda" trilogy are two of my top favorite animated trilogies. I hope that you end up watching the other two movies as well. Definitely looking forward to watching this later this evening. Have a great day today! 😊

Happy Wednesday, Addie. I'm so glad that you enjoyed How to Train Your Dragon (2010) and I'm so glad that you were moved by Toothless. I enjoyed seeing it in theaters when it first came out on my spring break vacation, back in 2010. I haven't seen the film in its entirety in a while so this will be a rewatch for me. BTW, I do hope that you carry on with the sequels as well because you're gonna love them. And there's also a live show that's based on the movie called Untrainable. It's now playing at Universal Studios Beijing in China. It opened in September 2021, on the same day that my dad and I went to Universal Studios Hollywood.
