Yeah, talking about things does help, even if it seems like it doesn't sometimes. Keeping things to yourself only allows it to eat away at you over time and makes it far worse. A damn good rant to get it all out will make you feel better in the long run!.
Sorry to hear you have to keep going through shit like this Rana. Always remember, people you work with are just that and it's best not to see them as friends, at least not real friends. In nearly all cases if something goes wrong, or a promotion comes up, or whatever else it may be their true colours will soon come out and they'll push you under the bus and step all over you just to get their own way.
