Ohh my dear Rana, I'm very sorry to hear that you have such trouble with idiots like the one you have described! But I agree with Stefan, don't let you get down by this shit! Report him, block him, until he looses the will to harass you again! The internet and social media offer a lot of great possibilties to communicate with people worldwide, but unfortunately there are also a lot of psychos and weirdos around who misuse that... But on the other hand be always aware that you have lots of fans who love you (like me:-)) and appreciate your great work and content! And I'm sure that these are the vast majority, so let you be lifted and cheered up by them and ignore the psychos! You deserve every love and appreciation, because you are so amazing and amiable:-)❤

2020-10-07 21:24:07 +0000 UTCThis isn't right. You may want to disable your Instagram notifications and ask a few people to pre-screen them for content that needs to be reported. Even without having to deal with abuse, heavy use of social media is linked to higher rates of depression and anxiety, so it wouldn't hurt to stop the app from running 24/7 and just log in 2 or 3 times per week to check messages.
