I glad you're excited for it! Although i have to clarify, the two aren't associated in any way X] i designed the game cat and mouse characters and did all the assets for the trailer back in 2021, which finished my work on that project. I then started this project late last year, accidentally falling into the same designs again :'^D it really was an accident, as this MouseTrap comic is working as a warm up/practice comic for bigger ideas I have down the line. Maybe a fan headcanon could be that these are in the same universe, since the characters are so similar, and the world seems to be the same setting haha
