Alt version keeps the teeth to show him how powerless he has become, as a means to subdue him (he can't even close his mouth, just moan!)

Teeth are just the last residual human part left, he can get them covered at any moment and become a full bot, but the master lets him keep them for fun o3o

I feel this would fit perfectly as a prototype test of "reconfiguring" criminals into automated law enforcers, though this one clearly failed field testing. Still, the data acquired from it will be invaluable towards future tests! Awesome stuff dood!
