This file might feel louder than most of my other files, and that is because starting now, I plan to start normalizing all of my audios to -16 LUFS in order to maintain better volume consistency. For reference, I was previously using the Auto-Match feature in Adobe Audition, which has been automatically setting -23 LUFS as the target loudness. -16 is supposedly more ideal/recommended. I am still very much learning how to optimize my audio quality.
