2024-10-09 00:51:06 +0000 UTCThe Rose came back 2 years ago with a new album called Heal under their own label, working with Transparent Arts. That album is my absolute fav! Dual (featuring Back To Me) is from a year ago, where they also experimented with new sounds. It's so good! Keep an eye on February 2025, they said they'll probably drop a new album and announce a new world tour 🥰 They sound even better live!

2024-10-08 05:32:57 +0000 UTCOh, they did take a break! And yes, they had a conflict with their label, who was not paying them. They started their own company, I believe. And then three of their members had to do their mandatory military service. Woosung is from LA, so he didn't have to and he did some solo stuff during this time. (You should totally check out his solo album. Lazy, Phase Me...the songs are so good!) But they're back and better than ever! You should also check out the rest of their Dual album. EVERY song is good, I am not kidding. Alive, Wonder, Cosmo (my personal favorite), Lifeline, Eclipse...every song is fantastic.

2024-10-08 04:28:32 +0000 UTCI've seen The Rose live and they were AMAZING! This song had the whole crowd singing. I will go see them whenever they come to town. Rock from the 80's and 90's is my era of music, so they really speak to my heart. I LOVE Dojoon's vocals! (He's the second vocalist that comes in, and is the other main vocalist for the group.) Woosung's is great with the rasp and unique color, but Dojoon's is always so clear and pure it just makes my heart happy in a way I can't describe. I don't know what it is, but every time he sings, I smile.
