Kinky... or what?

This stupid thing popped in my mind some time ago and I had to sketch it.
Lately I decided to give to it a sense. XD
BJ's knowledge is incredible, both in his work and in human nature, but what about sex and kinky stuff? He's so naive sometimes. XD
Poor Kiri (?) his is the hard task to show him a whole new sexy and kinky world (and take all BJ's first times!)
Anyway both BJ and Kiriko are fathers, but the children are adopted. BJ made his daughter Pinoko out of one of his patient's cystoma, where there was an entire human body in it. XD
Kiriko took two children with him to give them a home 'cause he promised that to their parents on their death beds.
Both are marvelous fathers in their own peculiar way.
