As I promised, here is a little gift for you to celebrate my third year on Patreon.

The douji is about two characters I loved and love dearly since my childhood.

They are both pirates in the Medical field.
Black Jack is famous for his godly skill with the scalpel, saving lives impossible to save.
His crime is to be a surgeon without a license who ask huge amounts of money as a payment for his work.
Kiriko,instead, give euthanasia to patients who're tired to suffer hopelessly and who're willing to pay to stop their misery.
The two of them are enemies but respect and help each other everytime there is the need, having even their moments of fondness here and there in the manga and in the anime.
It's the fight of Life against Death, but both are part of the existence.
Of course I couldn't avoid to ship them so hard.
But are they able to have an healthy relationship due to their work and lifestyle?
In my headcanon they will... one can dream, right?
