The basic plot of this marvellous fiction is that the Heroes Association have a R-18 section of the webshop where various sex toys, the perfect replica of each S-class hero's naughty bits, are sold to rise funds.
Saitama and Genos live separately, now, because their home was ruined by a monster. One day the post man give to Genos a package for Saitama, clearly wrongly.
Genos opens it nonetheless, curious about the purchase Saitama did.
He find the perfect replica of his own robopeen. XD
After the initial shock, he does the only thing a brat like him can do: he detaches his own penis and puts it in the package in the place of the sex toy, sealing the package like if it wasn't never opened, and he delivers it to Saitama.
Side note... the robopeen has still all the sensitivity and its connected to the owner even if detached. :P
Aaaand this is only the first lil part of this fiction.
After a lot of happening, Genos finds Saitama in this situation. Well, he FEELS Saitama in this situation, before rushing to his apartment to find him in this state. Saitama knew about the penis exchange the whole time :3
