2020-04-01 13:12:53 +0000 UTCI can't get the file opened. I've tried a few different apps to either read it straight off the link without actually downloading it (unzip and read). Ive downloaded it and tried to unzip the rar file with both then apps I already use and the one it suggests for me to use from Google Play but it doesn't show anything. Not sure what the reason is.
