Although I'm doing a different order to you. I'm starting with Andor (skipping the prequels, I know the story and don't want to suffer through them again lol), then rogue one, then the mandalorian, book of Boba Fett, Ashoka, and finally the sequel trilogy :)

I figured I had to give this show a chance, because I've heard a lot of good things about it despite "Disney-fied" Star Wars having a spotty reputation. Some thoughts about other media: I've been enjoying the Star Wars Jedi video games (Fallen Order and Survivor). If you haven't played them, you absolutely need to. It's one reason I have to get back into watching The Mandalorian, because i heard some things in the games coincide with the show. Also, I have the Star Wars Outlaws game, but I haven't played it yet. Shame on me!

In now deleted paragraphs, I gushed about this series, because I do love it, and wrote things that would give you an idea about the themes of the series. Not in any detailed specifics, but about what you can expect and not expect in general terms. You should absolutely be allowed to discover that for yourself. 2026-01-06 00:07:14 +0000 UTCThis series (two seasons) plus Rogue One, makes up, basically, three trilogies (like the Star Wars movies). The series is loosely broken up into story arcs, 4 per season. Not cleanly 3 episodes per arc, but pretty close! I think the total cost was around $615 million! Which is actually pretty cheap if you look at it like 8 feature films 🤣.
