So I had that thing happen where my brain exploded again, and that's my explanation for the interruption in updates. I'm healed, since I'm now back from a vacation I was juuuuuuust healthy enough to want to go through with, and going to live in forest on the water for a few days is a thing I'm willing to now definitively say can heal me from a messed up mindset. This to me was not really a wake-up call, since I know my mood can crash for a lot of other reasons, but this time, I had a definitive positive for why it even happened in the first place. Namely, I took a double dose of cipralex, a drug which I am already taking about 4 times the entry level dosage of. Mix that with the fact that I vape cannabis both for mental relief and recreation, which is a very easy way to attain a massive dose of Dank, and I now understand the schematic of this crazybomb I was ticking down on.
This means that now, I'm making changes, both with how relaxed I have been with taking my meds, and also changing how I take my weed. Now, it's time for the 7-day-a-week plastic pill holder. Now, it's time to go back to smoking flowers with fire, instead of vaporizing a bio-plastic made entirely out of cannabinoid crystal. Yes, I will smell bad. That's part of the plan, not nearly as easy to smoke as much when you have a partner, who you prefer to be around, and not choke with the musk of a burnt-down tea shop that was arsonized by a flamethrower-wielding skunk.
Health is a process, up to and including learning how to balance it around who you are and what gives you a sense of contentment in the world, things others could see as a vice, something you prefer to say is more medicine plus fun. We make changes to ourselves in order to suit the people around us better. In this case, I do it because all in all, when I do wake up feeling healthy, the thought of putting something here makes me smile. So I want to do that more.
