To activate the laser pointer you have to pull down the thumbstick on your right controller and hold it to keep the laser activated. Try pulling the right thumbstick down and releasing it a few times. Do you see the laser appear and disappear? Have you joined our Discoed server? You can DM us and we'll help you out.
