Cassa accidentally gulped down her snack, and now her starving stomach can not be controlled, and the girl is moved into the second stomach. As you might remember from the old comic, Cassa has two stomachs. One for holding and pre-processing. It is easily survivable for a living prey. But the second stomach is a regular one that does the digestion work.
Now that I think about it, I really hope you didn't vote for digestion, expecting graphic digestion :O. I'm only doing implied digestion here. I just realized that wasn't clear in the poll.

Yeah, I wanted to keep her alive as well. Poor girl. But yeah, it will not be graphic. That's absolutely not my style.
