I'm so excited to go as him to MiyakoCon!!
I'm starting with his top layer of clothes, which has most of the design work!

Got the shape cut out, then added the bottom tier, which was sewn on! 
Next was the design painting! I only had acrylic paint sO
Secondly, on his second layer, I did some lining on the sleeves for more detail. 
I need to work on the turtle neck layer, but it's okay so far!! Really excited!
