A Chinese policeman in the US unofficially has no jurisdiction, but what next? Deport them, I assume. Let them stay without telling them you know they are here and surveil them - something the CIA would likely prefer. Repeal their passports would seem the easiest thing to do. Wonder if we will ever hear about this on the national media...not likely.
