With China trying to take over the South China Sea, where does that leave China's fellow communist country Vietnam? Historically, they aren't best buds with China and have had improving relationships with western countries - namely the US. Can you see a partnership between the US, it's allies, and other countries in the region like Vietnam who may be leery (or should be leery) of Chinese expansion?
