Hey Chalksters! Alios here.

Thank you so much for supporting us. We didn't expect such an attention to our little project, even though we obviously were wondering if the song would take off. And it kinda did. And that's because of you guys. You are breathtaking.

I'm sorry for being slow on Patreon, just not really accustomed to this platform yet — but we're gonna fix that! (in the closest patch lol)

Initially we planned to post demos to Chalkster Star tier supporters and above, but since you all are so amazing I decided to share one of demos to all Patrons!

So this is the demo that I initially sent to Kyle, our voice of Todd, as a vocal track reference. I'm singing it myself to the demo MIDI instrumental that Masel made before recording live instruments.

You can see here that many parts were tweaked since then to fit Kyle's voice. The instrumental solos in the final rendition were, as you can see, completely improvised by the musicians, so the ones in this demo are pretty different. And there are lots of smaller changes throughout the song. It's also funny how I completely couldn't sing the last chorus and just dropped it on a halfway, telling Kyle what to do here mostly in text :D

P. S. This week Chalkster Stars will also get the very first, very rough demo made completely by me. It's so freaking hilarious, I sometimes listen to it just for fun — it really makes you think "wow, this song has come such a long way". So stay tuned!~
