If the USA doesn't attend the Olympics, ANY Olympics, there is really no point in anyone attending. (As far as having any real competition for the medals that is...) The USA wins more medals than any other nation, and has for decades. CHINA comes close, but never succeeds. I guess if the USA declines to attend, CHINA will win, for once.
