Chris...question...The state of Victoria in Australia is holding firm to it's decision to join the Belt and Road Initiative against massive criticism...which US State do you think will be the first to go against the Federal Governement and join the BRI to get their hands on some cheap cash?...California is looking pretty desperate these days.
