The WHO is as effective as in Pokemon, using an electric move against a ground type. Anyway, my question is do you think the US government will pull the plug for funding for the WHO, after seeing how corrupted and how supportive of the CCp they are? They are already very ineffective as they fail to alert the world about the spread of the CCP virus in the first place.
