Demand that all parts in government computers are made only in China. OK, show me a Chinese processor worth its salt. Use Kylin Linux? Last time I looked Linus Torvalds was still the creator of Linux. I think the name gives it away. And data migrations that large? And going from one file extension method to another? Good luck on that.
