To Hobbiton and Back Again
Added 2018-05-04 17:52:04 +0000 UTCIt was impossible to go to visit New Zealand and not do something related to Lord of the Rings. Everywhere we drove, the movie soundtrack was constantly in our heads. Probably because Shelley was looping it on Spotify.
Anyway, we decided to do something fun: Book Hobbiton to shoot an episode. But then they said we couldn't do that. So instead we bought normal tickets for the tour, and brought along our DSLRs. Hopefully that was legal.
Our tour guide was probably wondering why we kept taking long, steady photographs...
I was also the only person in cosplay at the entire place. Hmmm...
