Interview with a defected CCP official: Chen Yonglin
Added 2018-04-11 19:17:43 +0000 UTCWhen I was in Sydney, I got the chance to sit on-on-one with Chen Yonglin. He's an actual CCP official who defected to Australia in 2005. It's amazing what people will tell you when they've been on the inside. The CCP has threatened him and his family, but he still wants to speak out.
Chen Yonglin was also part of the panel discussion I hosted—that video came out Monday. But he had so much to say, that afterwards we did a 15-minute interview with just the two of us.

How can people watch this and have any other view of how the CCP masterfully manipulates public opinion even outside of mainland China. I think that this trip down-under has been really beneficial with the amount of great material you've uncovered. Again, awesome work CU team!

Some Chinese viewers have a hard time following English from a non-native speaker and it may be well appreciated. Great interview, keep up the good work!
