It could be a video of you playing guitar (to get some kind & helpful feedback on your technique), your music, or anything else guitar-related. Please just make sure that it's a video and that you post it until February 11th, because I will make my video on February 12th.
Can't wait to check your stuff out!!

2024-02-12 07:23:48 +0000 UTCThis SWOLA entry is my personal favorite of all the ones I have done: https://youtu.be/r0B1ejEGf_Y?si=uUBJozSjjfhFhRNF However, what I had in my head was a more impactful breakdown and short solo at the ~0:29 mark. I don't have the skills yet to get what is in my imagination down a track in a reasonable amount of time. I would LOVE to hear your ideas for what I could do there! I'm also curious about how I could have minor tweaks here and there to make it a little more interesting, guitar-wise. I'm open; please feel free to give me any critique that comes to mind. I want to learn how to elevate my original work, and I know I have a long way to go, so no hurt feelings here! I'm just looking for truthful feedback! I can take it, I promise! Reminder: The SWOLA format is that the drum track is set and can't be changed. However, everything beyond the drum track was my original stuff. I can provide stems or different video versions with certain parts removed to be cleanly played over. :) NOTE: I'm totally fine waiting for a future month, no rush. :)

2024-02-12 02:20:33 +0000 UTCBernth - this is what I need help with the most. I can play the alternate picking masterclass lesson at 100 and mostly at 200, but I can't play anything in between. WHY?! I have had this problem for YEARS! https://youtu.be/CHhzvkXsnds

2024-02-09 16:53:56 +0000 UTCHey Bernth, here are two more current practice videos of the Psychosocial solo by Slipknot at 110BPM and 120BPM. This time, only with a metronome, so you can hear my guitar better. Please mention that I'm aware it's not clean yet, that I'm playing at my absolute tempo limit here, and I'm trying to push my boundaries, as I've learned from you! :) Looking forward to the video! And thanks for everything you do; you've already helped me a lot. Moritz Spielmann https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1p6jtn-EY1GRTfNnUNwI0gDYesIcNL7oT?usp=drive_link

2024-02-07 12:46:08 +0000 UTCA loop I freestyle over frequently. So there are repeating sections I like - until I get a whole loop of sections I like, that's the plan anyway haha https://youtu.be/X0Uu924XpQA

2024-02-06 22:26:58 +0000 UTCI would love to have your feedback on this - there is a missing idea at the beginning of the song where I would love to see your approach: https://1drv.ms/v/s!Auv9ydh8B261o2B9gpRdxCeIQpWS?e=XUEi9t ...and also the full "current version" of the song: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Auv9ydh8B261o3wqvID_V-tUndAP?e=0BcGio

2024-02-06 17:05:10 +0000 UTCTried to practice some fast alternate picking here, focus on closed hands and I also tried to cover a bit of the fret board while soloing whereas the first part happens in one box, 2nd part descents by connecting boxes via your 4nps scheme for minor. first part is alternate picking, 2nd more legato 🙂 https://youtu.be/_TLGzmm_2o4?si=hcHEvEPo95m1Wt2F
