Who ever thought training North Korean hackers would be a good idea? That seems like one of those ideas that, as soon as you say it, you realize, "Oh, that was a stupid idea. Sorry ."

NSA is the largest employer of mathematicians in the US. NSA's main task is cryptology-related communications. They don't code malware or anything of the sort. Perhaps another lesser known intelligence agency employs hackers, but NSA is a cryptology organization for informing the pentagon and leaders on military and diplomatic matters. If you want to understand more, watch The Imitation Game or read up on Bletchley Park. As for Snowden, he intentionally built a false narrative around the documents he leaked. He never understood what he was looking at, because he never bothered to ask a professional in the field of cryptology. He was an IT admin, nothing more.

China did that? That sounds more the CIA's way of doing things. OR The NSA didn't do nothin', it's all them out of work Russian election riggers doin' it.
