Sweep Picking: 150BPM - 360BPM (easy to HARD!)
Added 2021-12-10 15:00:06 +0000 UTCHello my friends, hope you all have an awesome day :) I wanted to share this sweep picking routine I was working on this morning, it's a pretty challenging sequence based on odd meters and combining sweeping with tapping! I made a tempo track until I reached the maximum Cubase tempo of 360BPM as a challenge for myself :)
Since this advanced workout might be interesting for some players in our community, I also wanted to share the guitar pro files, tabs, and a backing track without my guitar track - hope that helps and that you have tons of fun practicing!

2021-12-19 15:16:21 +0000 UTCA workaround for this is to either re-tune the videos using video plugins, or simply use your other guitar. Because we're guitarists... there's usually more than one guitar, regardless of what we tell our family. ;D On a more serious note - The downside for me is that my band is playing in Drop B, and all the cool stuff I learned here takes some translating before it works in the other tuning. Not to mention that my "ear" needs a bit calibration of its own when swapping between different tunings. I have not yet worked around this problem, but it does get easier every day. :)
