Seemed almost to shoddy even if the scrubber was a Chinese knock-off. ,,, but it turns out, they almost never turn them on so they can save money. Report states they're usually only turn on if a party official is coming by. Most countries use scrubbers not only for environmental reasons, but because the acid rain causes expensive damage to both buildings, and populace.
