#123 - 4 Best Intermediate Picking EXERCISES (String Skipping Time!)

Welcome back my friends, it's finally time to check out some killer exercises once again :) You guys and girls voted for the topic of string skipping on the lesson wishlist, so I'd like to show you my personal 4 favorite exercises when it comes to that!

In this lesson, we check out a basic octave workout, a pentatonic scale exercise, a heptatonic scale exercise, and a cool practical example of how you can actually use this with your music and licks.

Download the tabs and guitar pro files below and get your video play-alongs here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/h75fommijse9awx/AAB3r4wLOuxWJoKbfKBg7aEKa?dl=0

Same here. Tried downloading each file individually as well, but even though they downloaded correctly the ones I got are all blank. So, something seems broken with the downloads for this workout, unfortunately.

Hi - wondering if anyone is having issues getting the play-alongs downloaded? It literally gets to the last second, and then says connection closed. The file never finishes.

New subscriber and this content is amazing! Just wish I could view the videos without Dropbox as the player in Windows 10 keeps erroring the videos.

Why are the video playalongs just availabe in 2 very slow options? I really like the exercise and with guitarpro i am able to also play it faster but i really enjoy your playalong videos. And usually you had like a slow, a mid and a high tempo. Nevertheless a nice Exercise as well as a nice video as always! Thanks

Another great video! This is what I need to practice to get me out of sounding like a scale all the time. Thank you Bernth for your help it’s really appreciated 🤘🏻🤘🏻

This is great and adding it to the picking endurance workout (lesson #104), is a great warm up exercise...great lesson again Bernth.
