Tensions Rise Between North and South Korea

I had to keep pausing and re-doing parts because every few minutes, some tourist would press a button and blast loud pro-South Korea propaganda music. I don't know why people would do this.
Anyway, this is the 2nd out of likely 4 full episodes from my and Matt's Korea trip.
