#66: 2 Amazing Hacks For Better Riffs!

We talk about odd meters once again (7/8 in this case) since it's been quite a while. This is especially important for all the songwriters on here that want to experiment with these crazy time signatures!
I show you my system of counting with riffs like that and we also disuss the placing of downstrokes and upstrokes (I recently worked on that with Cyrill in a Skype session, a very interesting topic). These are 2 system I use very frequently and I hope that they will help you on your guitar journey :)
