Slow Motion Shredding!
Added 2019-07-26 08:56:34 +0000 UTCHello Shred Guitar Community family - I just recorded a very interesting close-up take that I'll release later since I get a lot of questions about the picking technique! I also slowed this one down to 50%, that's the ultimate test. I absolutely value accuracy and clean playing over speed and this take shows what I have been working on the last couple of years.
As a bonus I transcribed the lick, attached below. This one is a great exercise for your alternate picking, I recommend an upward slanting angle (turning the tip of your pick away from the guitar) so you don't get stuck when you transition between the strings :)
