Regarding level three: For this level, the biggest change would be that instead of choosing one character, you'll now be able to choose two characters. However, this level will definitely have fewer available seats due to the increased number of members it's currently having, and because it's double the workload for me now by making two characters, this change will be implemented at the end of the month.
