April Update Chapter 3

Howdy y'all! Got some progress updates for you with Chapter 3. The rough draft is complete and now going through refinement. I fell a bit behind on it due to some unexpected life upsets, but I'm back on track now, back in my groove.

Steve is hard at work, and will have crafted four new songs, as well as special treatment is being given to a song you've heard in a previous chapter. Though I won't say which, or what the treatment is. But I'm very very excited for it. :3

Steve also designed the new membership tier headers.

Drewzy is finalizing Misty's design, and she is coming along wonderfully. She's been an interesting character for me to write, and I'm really enjoying finding her voice, and the unique energy she adds to the group dynamic. He will also be crafting a new background for us, Vincent's Greenhouse.

Bork is crafting some backfill BGs including a closeup exterior for Video Den, and the summer camp flashback in Chapter 1 will be receiving the "BG CG" treatment that was seen in Chapter 2 with the Fire watch tower exterior. The college campus will have a night version, as well as a party alt. Additionally he'll be creating a BG for the interior of Vincent's home.

HAPS should be back around to us next month, having done the most recent Cleaved update, and currently working on Khemia. But we've got an exciting line up, in addition to Misty's sprite set, we'll be adding a version of Devon without the Jacket (Black T-shirt), Aldric's flannel shirt will have an unbuttoned alt fuzziness exposed.

And right now we are looking at 3 total CGs, 1 is 3 frames, another is 1 to 2, and then the final is just 1. I'm really excited to see HAPS rendition of them, as he truly captures the energy and vibe that we're looking for.

Ytsu has already finished his feedback of the rough draft, so we are moving forward into refinement.

With all that being said, the rough clocks in at 17K words, and refinement is only going to push that number up. So this is a big one.

We'll spend more quality time with Vincent, get to hang out with Misty, Devon, and Aldric all together, and take further steps in this journey of freedom, discovery, and being true to one's self.
