I began making Nikuman dumplings last month, only over the weekends! I really like Asian foods, specially the dishes with tons of spices and the Nikuman are the kind that require tons of prep (cutting up and mixing ingredients for the filling, knead the dough, steam the buns) so I never really had time to make them. Last month I decided that if I wanted to improve my technique (those folds are hard to get right) I would need to prepare them more often, so I came up with the plan to sell a limited amount over the weekends!
It's been a fun experience (with extra cash!) and my Nikuman are definitely looking prettier, as for the illustration, I made it because I didn't take new pictures one weekend hahaha. Its hard to make food look yummy tho :/
