I imagine As Rey came back to it, Ben was to weak to do anything, so she used some of her energy to heal him and patched him up a bit so he could make it out, but Ben being the stubborn man he is, he carried her to the ship and down once they arrived to the resistance. It started with a bridal carry and ended with a bridal carry :3
