November Patron Only poll results

Happy Sunday Everyone.  It is time to close this poll. 

But first, as always, a sitrep. I had a decent few days work on FILFy, even if my muse is still fighting me about it.   I have finished… around 2/3rds of it, if you take away the fact I haven’t Grammarlied anything yet.  The dialogue in one scene is still really bad, but the action is way better than it was. I think I show Cu and Cao Cao and the rest as the badasses they are/can be.  Even Hercules, who is currently dying from triggering an ‘eternal hangover’ trap. 

Ironically, I’m happiest about the dialogue of the surface battle, although I need to add more Luna there in terms of the combat. The other side battles and so forth, the hints of the next trouble to come, are all done.  I’ve decided I’m not going to show much of the Sirzechs Vs Rivezem fight, just a bit of back and forth and taunting, need to get that right, and it really isn’t still. The Harry + Yasaka Vs Nerfertiti + Akhenaten fight is…. About halfway done.  I have the ladies aspect finished for the most part, and the dialogue all the way through is good, but the showdown between the two men is… lacking. 

So that’s where we are.  I know some of this is familiar to those who remember when I mentioned progress in FILFY before, but well, see how my muse is fighting me.  Ugh.   I have, however, found a few interesting fics that can hopefully help.

As it is great.  It is by NovusPeregrine, and I have only read the first 30 chapters. I’m waiting to use the rest for when my SW muse needs some help, and while I was writing this past Magic chapter, I read another few chapters of it, and its great.  He’s got a Patreon, so if you can, become his Patron too. 

(Yes, I know it’s ironic to mention you here, since you’ve mentioned your disdain for Highschool DxD, but as I said, I did read a few more chapters this past month.)

Anyway, with the sitrep done, this is the result of November’s Patron Poll.  It was kind of surprising.  The fic I will now turn my attention to is…

King of Champions.  It had the Carry Over Effect of 521, and brought in 1,093, giving it a total of 1,614. 

This beat out Second place, which Climbing Together, with 1,336.  Yes, folks, the Carry Over Effect once more did its job in making certain a fic that hasn’t been updated in a while , as Climbing would have won without it.

Indeed, without the Carry Over Effect, KoC would have been in third place, because Death’s Avenger had brought in 1,264.

NICE.  King of Champions will be my priority this week.  I should finish it by Saturday… we will see.  Hope you’re having a Happy Weekend guys.
