November Patron Poll

Howdy, everyone.  Lost all day yesterday, but it is time to talk November plans, and December stuff too.  More on that in a separate post, which will go up on the heels of this one.  It will be one of several. 

I will be taking today to go over Magic with Grammarly, and yes, I noticed that someone said a few paragraphs had doubled?  I will find them during that process and post it over on fanfic when I am finished. 

IF YOU HAVE SPOTTED ANY MISTAKES, tell me so I can correct them too.  I've already corrected the naming issue, I think.

On Monday, I intend to take the day to go through Chapter 2 of Journey and send it off to Hiryo again for a final read through. It will be my Thanksgiving gift over on fanfic. 

Beyond that, in HP news, I have decided there won’t be an HP poll this month.  I want to finish FILFY Teacher by Thanksgiving, and that and some RL things (need to replace a few of my doors, and windows) might take too long for me to work on Bhaalson Remodel.  If I have time beyond that at any point, I will try to get out a chapter of Fate Touched.  Between it and Remodel, it’s easier to keep chapter size down with Fate and there aren’t nearly as many time consuming formatting (KHALLLLID) issues.

Depending on time, I will work on some cross-pollination between my accounts on AO3 and fanfic.  I will also, obviously, be working on the Ranma poll winner and the Patron Poll winner when those are announced.  And speaking of…

The Patron Poll choices this month are:

King of Champions – HP/RWBY crossover: Harry and Tia spend the night at the hospital before inadvertently causing many blushes among the petite pair of RW the next morning. Meanwhile, two angry fathers are on the rampage, with one angry father making plans with his wife, the other taking a drunken Qrow to make his anger plain to a certain wizard.  Shouting and diatribes continue as Apacci learns of what he missed, while Sung-Sun makes plans, and Harry explains the facts of life to Ruby, much to her dismay and many tears.  Harry and Tia continue to remain at the hospital, as classes resume, with Harry making a point of telling the faculty this. Ren, Nora and Pyrrha are forced back to classes, whereupon Pyrrha meets team CVFY, much to their chagrin.  Cinder’s plan goes through, and Lorgar is broken out of prison, while RW return to school.  With Arturia waking up, Harry goes with them.  Two very different family moments occur with Harry an unwilling participant in one.  The next day, with Tia and Harry having switched, Adam’s plan comes to fruition. A fight on a bullhead follows, while Ozpin, for once, takes proactive action, but, much to his and Adam’s chagrin, too late to secure the stolen dust reserves.

Climbing Together – Ranma/King of Fighters/Street Fighter Crossover: After a most intriguing discussion and many a whack upside the head from the Baba Yaga Shampoo calls Grandmother, the group are interrupted in their journey back to their boat by a wild Mousse.  For once latching onto the right target does not serve the blind boy well at all, and a confrontation long in the making is had and a challenge issued before another challenge is given. Meanwhile. Genma runs into various issues with his attempts to get to Hainan, only to find himself faced with literally hundreds of enemies, large and small, eager to make his acquaintance with snipping claws. Back with the trio, Ranma trains under Cologne for a time, learning things about the ancient version of the style he is, almost accidentally, attempting to recreate. Shampoo and Mousse have it out, both verbally and physically, leaving Shampoo pleased and Mousse concussed. A follow-on fight happens after several days of training and healing, with Cologne having shown a few tricks to help Mai’s healing along, with Mousse once more the loser, although not before he surprises Cologne with some skills he very much should not have, leading to his banishment on top of his beating. A farewell is made, before our trio once more set out on the ocean, heading to Hainan.

Death’s Avenger – HP/Warcraft crossover: In the north Tyrande and her forces find aid unlooked for in the form of two Seekers of the Unseen Path, warning of trouble to come in the form of trolls, spiders and vrykul, a true smorgasbord of crazy. While one battle begins, another is being planned for in the deep south, with Harry and his two allies ready this time for war as they go for a infiltration method of moving forward this time. War is indeed what they find as there are many more trolls here than expected, along with many more fire elementals. Who exactly is in charge seems to be a distinct question but doesn’t really matter as the trio are discovered.  Magic and might clash with fire, wind, and ice making a distinct challenge. Versera is pushed to the brink, while Harry faces death several times, falling more than once as Recca tries to prove even a single pebble can turn the tide.  Eventually an item is found, and a prince of Air released, turning the tide as enemies become allies.  The very earth trembles and the volcanoes erupt, forcing Versera to retreat and harry to push deeper inward than he ever has before, calling upon both himself and an ally-to-be to survive and halt an even greater tragedy.

BE AWARE I WILL ONLY LET THIS POLL GO UNTIL NEXT SUNDAY!  I wish to get right on the winner as fast as possible.   Hmm… I will not vote here, and maybe not in the Ranma poll this month either.  I would like to work on Bhaalson, but as mentioned, I doubt I could do that and finish FILFy’s next chapter and do both of them justice, so…
