April2025 Ranma Poll
Added 2025-04-06 19:55:25 +0000 UTCHey all. With work on ATP finally done, I am going to work on outlining the next two days. I will be posting the winner of the Patron Only poll tomorrow, and then the HP poll. Today is the Ranma poll for a very simple reason: Stallion of the Line is still on the menu, boys!
That's right. As i mentioned in the latest chapter, I'm on a major One Piece junket right now, and I want to keep it up. That means I will be voting for either One Piece crossover that might have a chance at winning with my votes, and that Stallion will remain in the Ranma poll regardless of if it wins until my muse drops back to its normal level of intensity.
And because Stallion is in the poll again, that means I want to start work on it as soon as possible to give Tomon and Hiryo as much time as I can.
However, the carry over effect is still a thing. GDWHOM is going to get the carry over effect this month of 659. Let's see if its enough.
The choices for this poll are:
The Effect of a Horse and a Dragon - Mass Effect/Ranma crossover: Ranma style shenanigans ensue as the trio of Ranma, Tali and Garrus go after the man who orchestrated the latest attack on them. He turns out to be a local for Cerberus, who is playing some 3-D chess in terms of their goals on Noveria. A asari spy attempts to recruit the group only to have a close encounter of the shotgun kind. The next day, it is a local working for Binary Helix who has a close encounter of the fist kind for his companies insult to Japan and all Asia. However, this allows the group to learn about a lab on the planet, which in turn becomes their chief target. A train ride out to the lab in question ends in gunfire, forcing Tali to admit that while looking at snow is nice, being in it isn’t so cool, even if it makes for a romantic moment. The Geth prove to be tougher in large groups and out in the open, forcing Ranma to bring his A game which allows the trio to continue, while at the lab, a inspecting Spectre lays out a trap.
Stallion of the Line – One Piece/Ranma crossover: Luffy and Vivi speed along the Calm Belt, scaring the life out of some fish as they follow Vivi’s Eternal pose and Nami’s information. The pair talk, flirt, and eventually decide to stop at a small island not even worth the name for some more them time. Elsewhere, an island of tremendous size is abused by Mihawk and Shanks, while back on Amazon Lily, Hancock goes through Love Time Withdrawal. Raffy and Vivi continue their journey, only bumping into an old ‘friend’. A hard discussion is had, before the journey continues, whereupon Raffy is once more reminded of how popular his newest lover is. A local newspaper with connections to Morgans is found, and Vivi puts her princess training to good use, launching the first of many daggers the WeeGee’s way as Luffy meets Khoza, Pell, and an oddly calm Cobra. Some secrets come out, and plans are made, followed by Luffy and Vivi breaking in her bed but only after breaking Igaram’s mind, while the WeeGee make decisions whose outcome will ripple across the world.
Gods and Devils and Wild Horses, Oh My – Ranma/Highschool DxD crossover: Saeko, fresh off a power up, proceeds to slap Diodora around despite his own power up, showing that skill offsets raw power. A somewhat diplomatic disaster is averted by the arrival of Neko-Ranma, who proceeds to show Saeko and Rias both how much he likes them, to the chagrin of both ladies, the temple, and general decency before a splash of cold water negates the problem. Afterward, Diodora is questioned, much to his own pain and numerous people’s chagrin. Asia learns some Sitri Clan spells while Saeko is examined magically to see the effect of peaking up the Lightning Blade. Rika takes some time to talk to her higher ups while Rias calls home, speaking to her cousin and queen. Plans are made and their prisoner handed over, while Ranma explains about what happened to him. Mousse and Shampoo have a ‘discussion’ and Mousse makes a pair of pivotal decisions, while Azazel meets an old friend and a loli dragon goes wandering, deciding to remind everyone of her presence in no uncertain terms.
This poll will end on the 14th. Have a nice Sunday, guys!

Unfortunately, GDWHOM will get the carry over effect until it wins. Although I agree Effect is a bit... Tighter? No, not the right word. Um... not certain how to put it into words, but I enjoy writing effect for the LOLs more than I do GDWHOM? Like it feels less constraining.

2025-04-07 15:10:14 +0000 UTCI love Stallion but I'm hoping that Effect wins the carry-over effect from Gods and Devils (one of the few stories that it didn't click with me).
