February2025 Patron Only Poll Results

Happy Sunday, everyone. Hopefully by now you have seen Fate, GDWHOM and on here, the update for Death’s Avenger. Also, Novus. Yes, that is a hilarious Dragon Naturally Speaking mistake vis writers/riders.  I will go back and correct that.  Personally, though, I had the image of all those hack manga artists who tried to leap onto the isekai train with their lame ass stories (SO MANY) joining the charge into the dwarven cart fort, thinking the survivor will become the main character. And then none survive, and Ilúvatar rejoiced.

 The plan for today, is, as the post’s title said, is to end the Patron Only Poll.  That way, I can start it up the moment I finish Making Waves. I believe that I can finish MW in enough time to send it off to Hiryo and Justlovereadin’ (although not consecutively, sorry guys), and also have time to go through FILFy when Nad Destroyer gets it back.

I hope. Finishing is one thing, getting it back and getting time to go through it another.

Regardless, FILFy will be updated for the Super Bowl as will Making Waves.  It will be a comedy/romance/interaction heavy chapter, leading into a MAJOR combat chapter.  Three chapters to go, guys, just three including this one before we finish this work.  WWOOO!

For those wondering, FILFy will go like this, with each chapter being 30-50,000 words.

1.      Next chapter. Eh… more of a setup chapter than I had hoped, unfortunately. 

2.      HUGEEEE combat heavy/recovery chapter.

3.      Magic experiments, some WAFF, the Ritual, interrupted by a unforeseen source, with Le Fay being convincing.

4.      Ophis, Vali and her dragons doing an oopsie, then the Epilogue.  Whether or not the Epilogue is a separate chapter remains to be seen.

My plan today is to finish outlining MW and then fucking finally finishing editing the next chapter of ATP.  God damn my ADHD.  I, I swear it takes me hours just to start.  My mind just goes ‘nope’ and dodges to the side whenever I look at it. Worse is that is time I would have liked to use to make Fate or GDWHOM or Death’s Avenger longer. I’m close though, so maybe I can force myself to do it today.

As for the rest of February going forward, well for that, we need to know what Patron Only Poll won, don’t we? So without further ado, the winner of the poll is…

Heroes of the High Seas won with, thanks to the carry over effect of 1,099 and a total of 2,225. (Yes, this means it would have come third with 1,126, but…)

King of Champions brought in 1,578.

 Climbing Together brought in 1,481.

Quite close.  Several of my larger HP patrons didn’t vote for some reason.

Anyway, since both HP and Ranma will already be getting a chapter this month, and because I want to concentrate on editing/finalizing the last few chapters of ATP and get them out as I can, I will only be having one other poll this month.

 1-3 was for Ranma. 4-6 for HP. 

… I rolled a one.  Damn.  Reminds me of the last time I played a RPG tabletop game.  The power of the dice was not with me.
