November Patron Only Poll 2024

Howdy folks.  Happy Friday to all y’all.  I hope that, until Thanksgiving at least, this month is more fruitful in terms of on-fic time.  The parents are gone, the brother/his wife are slowly learning how to live with a baby and have the in-laws to deal with, leaving me to get back to my normal routine. I hope.  Flipping extroverts. Anyway.  Here is the Patron Only Poll.  It is the first of several that I will be uploading today.  The next will be HP hopefully within a few minutes of you seeing this.

That will be all the polls for this month specifically.  But I will be posting my normal December Update Format Poll as well.  I will explain what those are in the post itself, though the many among you who have been here for a year or more already know what those are. 

I will also be posting a opinion poll as well about the fourth story topic. I am unhappy I missed essentially two months worth of updating FILFy/Making Waves.

Okay, anyway, the choices are:

Death’s Avenger – HP/WoW crossover: With the spirit of their Order restored, life in Trueshot Lodge turns for the better, with Harry and his friends hammering out a semi-schedule for his time going forward so he can help the Order and learn what the Unseen Path has to teach at the same time.  This results in a small argument about which branch he is most suited for and the first of many real arguments with his current paramour on what he’s spending his time on.  Days turn into weeks turn into months turn into decades as Harry loses himself in learning, training and growing and Tyrande’s companion Shy-Rotam becomes a queen, bringing the frostsabers into alliance with the Kaldorei.  A minor incursion of kobolds provides a bit of excitement, as does the return of the draconic Cartographer, but in the main, Harry’s time is peaceful until after he makes the jump from Oathkeeper to Seeker.  Armed with several new spells, new gadgets and more, Harry and his chosen companions embark on a journey to the southern shores of Kalimdor, hoping to solve his issue with bonding with Air Elementals, a journey that does not start auspiciously…

Heroes of the High Seas – One Piece/My Hero Academia crossover: With Izuku only partially rebroken after the recent fight, dealing with the Grand Line starts to become much easier. Discussions (accidental flirtations) occur, while everyone compartmentalizes anew the fact that law and order here is not anything like what they are used to, aided by the books they brought back to the ship.  Iida has a mental crisis, Tsuyu a good cry, and Momo realizes ‘oh no, my friends are hot’ several times before they arrive at the next island, where the local flora attempts its darndest to make a meal out of them. This fails, but Izuku learns far more about his quirk than he thought to ever learn, while also growing more used to using it at higher percentages.  Mei accidentally starts a forest fire before Kyoka realizes that even the animals that look normal on this world might not be, before the crew arrive at the island or Rorca, although all is not so sunny on the island as an ex-marine has shown up to tear into his former fellows.  The opportunity to do good and make a great impression is too hard to resist, and with severe Rules of Engagement in place, the crew run into their second fight against a crew of pirates led by a devil Fruit user.  

King of Champions – HP/RWBY crossover: Adam and the White Fang prepare in the shadows, while Cinder and Mercury meet with ‘that crazy bastard’ and move to Vale ahead of schedule. Unfortunately for the teens, the White Fang issue looms large as a bit of careful computer work ends Blake some information she feels she must act on. Meanwhile more Faunus type issues come to roost in Evig Låga. Harry and Pyrrha also deal with her parents suddenly showing up, much to her horror and his amusement. Harry and Tia follow a black cat, get into trouble, and smash a very large robot, while Arturia is forced to deal with a sudden bout of daggers in the back.  Team RY get involved in Arturia’s issue, while Weiss gets into the larger battle that springs up in the center of Vale, much to the charging of both Ozpin and Cinder. Cinder is forced to cut her loses (AGAIN) although not nearly as much, and Roman is very annoyed. As Ozpin deals with some political fallout, Adam launches an infiltration of Beacon, and Weiss comes face to face with one of her greatest nightmares.

Since its against two HP stories which will probably split the HP fandom here, I hope that Heroes has a chance to win this!  Um… but I… hmmm… Viconia or Momo, er, Heroes or Bhaalson… hmm… Um…

I will refrain from saying I will vote for heroes.  I will vote for either heroes or Bhaalson, whichever needs my votes.  We will see.

This poll will end on the 16th.  That should be enough with how the start of the month is looking for me to finish the Ranma poll winner and then go on to the HP poll winner, finish that, post or send it off, and then start on the winner of this.  Hopefully, if Heroes wins, I will be able to send it in bits out to Tomon and then get the finished chapter out to Primordial Vortex (if he has time) and then post it by Thanksgiving. It will also, hopefully, let me work on Making Waves as the fourth work this month.

 OH!! And jsut for your edification, Death's Avenger will be getting the Carry Over Effect.
