qwertysims' modified maxis for snowy escape

- for both fem. and masc. frames
- 5 different hair overlays. all have cas thumbnails, which are also in the preview photos of this post.
- extra .zip file with hiders for the ombre hairs. i didn't touch all the ombre hairs that came with the pack because they just didn't look good. specifically, i didn't touch the streaked version of banged bun (bunbangsstreaked) and ombre version of the pigtail braids (longbraidsmessyombre). i also put a note in the .zip about it
- .dds files for the hairs and .png files for the overlays! they're separate .zips this time
