I'm not saying it's a bad chapter but felt that you got caught in the minutiae of disaster relief that it kinda just bored me a little. Most of the comments about the chapter are not about 98% of the chapter but the final part thats actual story progression in the ICW. It just felt like a bit of a filter chapter but with no progression towards a future event except the mentioned above. Also, this is likely to dark for a possible outcome, but after Harry was kneeling by a 9year body for so long, I'd like to think he could now use the Crucio curse, meaning that he can torture a soul into insanity, now that sounds like the punishment he should dole out once he finally catches up to the Pharaoh and Nefertiti, no great cycle for them, no release of obliviation, just straight up immortal beings reduced to a drooling mess for all time. A signal to all others that destroying souls to attain power carries the worse possible punishment. Considering the numbers involved who are now more or less worshipping Harry and his Daughter as the second coming of Allah/ his son on earth/ his angel, how much of a power boost will that be?. Will that spread to other nations as Harry will likely be spoken about in the same breath as Merlin to magic users soon, either for what he's done in UK, Ireland and now Egypt and likely how public his power is going to become all the Wizarding world, will that likely add more worshippers?. It would be nice to see Harry withdrawing to his new world for as long as possible with the time dilation to train and actually have a expert knowledge on what he can do, how powerful he is, what is abilities are.

I love your Rias is the best characterization I have read. Dxd wouldn't be him without a Harem, but I really loved the first twelve chapters where it was the story of Rias and Harry.
