This comment doesn't really relate to this chapter so much as maybe the next chapter, but you were asking for ideas for where the marines could look to for help. It wasn't until recently that I realized that there is what I think is an obvious first choice for the marines to look to. That's Germa, which is literally a military for hire. On another note, great chapter.

2023-07-05 20:27:50 +0000 UTC... I'm confused. How did Luffy get Zoro's swords? Unless you went back and changed something, I could have sworn they sailed off mounted in Gion's cabin. With Makino assigned to retrieve them...
