I read the chapter once again! I always thought Andy's hair style made him look a little gay, maybe he'll be interested in getting Ranma's curse? It wouldn't surprise me if Soun sent Natsume to hunt Ranma or lied to her by giving her the engagement to bring him back. in the canon Natsume went into the bathroom to wash Soun's back so it wouldn't surprise me if she stayed in that school to learn the seduction techniques to use on Ranma. I think if her old woman saw Kurumi's fighting style she would be very interested in taking her as a student. The girls intend to show Ranma Spider-Man but maybe he could find inspiration from Doctor Octopus for his chosen weapons?
