November2021 Remaining Poll Results
Added 2021-11-18 03:10:23 +0000 UTCHello all, Vimesenthusiast here. Although I suppose that’s kind of redundant LOL. Anyway, the work on Stallion of the Line is finished for now and has been sent off to its first editor. That means it’s time to both finish up the votes in November and consider the future. The consider the future bit will be addressed in a separate post, but I figured that I could combine these two votes into one post. And as for ending the second medium-story poll early… well, just like the Patron-only poll, the winner’s been obvious for days already.
Last place, Bhaalson Remodel, 879.
Second place, with what would normally be a decent showing, Making Waves with, 1,713.
And obviously in first place was the Episode-style story updates with 3,171
Even if I put down my votes for one of the choices, it wasn’t going to go any other way. And since I already did that to let Stallion win, that wasn’t an option in the first place.
And here is the even more lopsided SW poll:
Magic won with 3,520.
Horse brought in 1,953.
Again, an overwhelming victory.
I also want to apologize, guys, I’ve been kind of slow to respond to a lot of stuff this month since my laptop still can’t connect to the internet without going wonky and the RAM going so high it won’t let me do anything. I can’t do without it though, so I have had to put off solving the problem.
Anyway, there you have it. There will be two-episode style updates and Magic updated along with FILFy Teacher and Stallion of the Line. I will warn you though that the DA episode is probably going to be very small due to time limitations.
And watch out for the next post, to help me decide what’s going to happen in December.
Comments
The comment you made about the RAM shows that the system is doing something when it has internet access. This could be something benign like updates to the system or malicious like malware or a virus transferring your information to someone. As an IT professional I recommend running your antivirus program AND Malwarebytes free on your computer in safe mode to look for anything. To get into safe mode hold down shift and click restart and then I believe it is advanced then troubleshoot then startup settings. You want I believe option 5 which is safe mode with networking. From there connect to the internet and run your already installed antivirus (please tell me you have one) and then go to malwarebytes.com and install the free version and run a full scan with that. If both come up clean then check if you have any programs installed in the apps section of the settings menu that you didn't install or find questionable and remove them if you find any. If all that comes up clean then restart the computer and leave connected to the internet overnight (to check for updates) and check in the morning if it is doing better.
