I like the way this chapter turned out, a good start to the Edolas arc. That being said, I'm hoping Ranma does have his own counterpart here, the way I see it the multiverse is all about balance, and since Ranma got tossed into this version of Earthland, I can see another version of him being tossed into its version of Edolas, plus there's so many ways this Ranma can be made different. Are they a remorseless killer, a narcissistic playboy, a timid little girl who just wants to read her books in peace, maybe while petting a cat? So many possibilities.

Presumably, they're going to steal her clothes so they can do the infiltration thing, so they're leaving behind a naked woman who is so severely injured that she's unlikely able to defend herself well in the middle of nowhere where anyone can just come across her. Oh, and she's also unconscious.
