Excellent chapter. My two cents are that I enjoy more relationship development with fewer parties. It at least helps me keep track of what’s going on. I loved your solution to Ranma’s magic issue, but I am a little disappointed that Erza isn’t getting dragon slayer magic. While perhaps overkill I think it would compliment her fighting spirit.

The only cons I can think of are small mistakes/typos and maybe how Bisco at the very beginning of their relationship thought about Alzack. This should be time when they fell in love and not thinking like this... That being said she got better reason than most. After all in their case it's already relationship with more "members" and just a little commitment. And well, she got some doubt already so it's probably even logical. Other than this I loved everything so very good job :-)
